| 1. SERVICE |

| The Pre-Assessed Candidate Database provides employers with a list of job candidates who have already completed Hire Insight's rigorous screening and assessment process, each of whom is ready to be hired immediately. After registering, the results of all candidate assessments, including professional evaluations of work-related personality attributes, motivational characteristics, expertise (e.g., abilities, experience, education), and development needs, will be available to your organization in individual candidate profile reports, to help in determining a candidate’s suitability for employment.

| 2. PAYMENT AND INVOICING TERMS |
|
| (a) Fees. If the Hire Insight Pre-Assessed Candidate Database presents a candidate previously not known by your organization, and said
candidate is hired in any capacity by your organization, Hire Insight shall be provided a fee of $3,000.
|
|
| (b) Invoicing. Invoices will be submitted when and if a candidate accepts a written offer of employment by your
organization. Payment is due within 30 days of the candidate’s acceptance of the employment offer.
|
|
(c) Guarantees. Consultant will provide, of your organization’s choosing, either a full refund or free replacement
candidate should the chosen candidate leave your organization’s employ within three months of accepting the employment offer, either of the candidate’s own accord or due to performance-related termination.
Providing us with your name and contact details, as per below, constitutes an agreement of the above terms. |
