1. SERVICE
Before being considered for current and future opportunities, Hire Insight will require you, the candidate, to complete a series of questionnaires, tests, and similar assessment tools in order to evaluate your likely performance potential in a certain job. All assessment data, including a professional evaluation of work-related personality attributes, motivational characteristics, expertise (e.g., abilities, experience, education), and development needs, will then be compiled in an individual candidate profile report. Please note that this report and any related feedback will only be provided if you progress to the final stage of the process; unfortunately, some applicants will be screened out earlier, in cases where they do not meet the requirements for the position.
After the assessment, successful candidates will be presented with further information on available opportunities and can request that their profile be sent to any of interest. Although the profile is designed to greatly increase the odds of you being considered for employment, no guarantees of employment can be offered by Hire Insight.

All assessments, verbal feedback, and marketing for your employment are provided to you free of charge, should a client be hiring for your target position. In this case, assessment fees are paid by the employer.

Special Circumstance. If you would like an assessment and report for your own use and interest, and clients are not currently hiring for your target position, we can provide the service at a cost of $500. 2. CONSENT
Hire Insight requires your informed consent in order to collect and release to the requesting organizations the information obtained through the assessment process. No personal information will be revealed to employers until you have expressed interest in a particular opportunity and requested that Hire Insight present your profile for consideration.
 
3. PRIVACY POLICY
Hire Insight places a very high priority on protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, applicants, employees, and any others who supply information required to make effective hiring decisions.
In order to assess the suitability of candidates for potential employment positions, Hire Insight must collect pertinent information about the client company, job requirements, and applicant qualities that are important to job success. We only collect information that is absolutely necessary for this purpose.
Personal information is not used or disclosed for any reason other than the purposes for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law. Upon request, any individual will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given access to that information.
